وفاقی وزیر خزانہ اسحٰق ڈار نے پیٹرولیم مصنوعات کی قیمتوں میں کمی کا اعلان کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ پیٹرول کی فی لیٹر قیمت میں 9 روپے کمی کی جارہی ہے۔
اسحٰق ڈار نے کہا کہ 15 جولائی سے اگلے 15 روز کے لیے نئی قیمتوں کا تعین کیا گیا ہے اور اس حوالے سے پچھلے 15 دنوں میں عالمی مارکیٹ میں کچھ آئٹمز میں کمی اور کچھ کی قیمتوں میں اضافہ ہوا ہے۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ ہائی اسپیڈل ڈیزل کی قیمت میں7روپے فی لیٹر کمی کی جارہی ہے، پی ڈی ایل کی مد میں کوئی تبدیلی نہیں کررہے جبکہ پیٹرول کی قیمت میں9روپے فی لیٹرکمی کی جارہی ہے، قیمتوں کا اطلاق آج رات 12 سے ہوگا۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ تمام معاملات کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے پھر بھی کوشش کی گئی ہے جتنی بھی گنجائش ہو اس سے استفادہ کرتے ہوئے عوام کو ریلیف دیا جائے۔
وزیرخزانہ کے مطابق 9 روپے کمی کے بعد پیٹرول کی قیمت262روپے سے کم ہوکر253روپے ہوگی، جبکہ ہائی اسپیڈل ڈیزل کی قیمت میں7روپے کمی سے فی لیٹر قیمت260.50سے کم ہوکر253.50کردی گئی ہے۔
اسحاق ڈار نے مزید بتایا کہ پیٹرولیم ڈیویلپمنٹ کی مد میں کوئی تبدیلی نہیں کررہے، گزشتہ15روز کے دوران روپے کی قدر میں بھی بہتری آئی ہے، وزیراعظم عوام کو زیادہ سے زیادہ ریلیف دینا چاہتے ہیں۔

Federal Minister Announces Reduction of Petrol Prices by Rs. 9 per Liter. In a recent announcement Federal Minister of Finance Ishaq Dar revealed a significant reduction in petroleum prices. He stated that the price of petrol per liter would decrease by Rs. 9. This decision comes as part of a review conducted over the past 15 days. During which some items in the global market experienced a decrease. While others saw an increase in their prices.
Ishaq Dar further informed that the price of high speed diesel would decrease by Rs. 7 per liter. However no changes would be made to the prices of Premium Diesel (PDL). These revised prices will come into effect from tonight at 12 o’clock.
The Minister emphasized that despite considering all aspects the government has made efforts to provide relief to the public.Utilizing any available margin to the maximum extent possible. Following the reduction of Rs. 9 the new price of petrol will be reduced to Rs. 253 per liter. While high speed diesel will be available at Rs. 253.50 per liter after a reduction of Rs. 7.
Ishaq Dar also clarified that there would be no modifications to petroleum development levies. He highlighted the improvement in the value of the Pakistani Rupee over the past 15 days. Which has contributed to this positive development. The government under the leadership of the Prime Minister aims to provide maximum relief to the general public.
