عدالت نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ مدعی بھی آپ پولیس بھی آپ پھر بھی انصاف کی توقع نہیں، اگر جیل میں بھی خطرہ ہیں تو آسمان پر جاکر بسیرا کرلیں۔۔

عدالت کا کہنا تھا کہ پنڈی عدالت کے جج سے وجہ ہوچھی تو وہاں بھی سائلین کو عدالت میں نہیں جانے دیا گیا۔ عدالت نے ناراضگی کا اظہار کیا کہ جس فریق کا جی چاہے وہ ٹرانسفر کی درخواست دے کر سماعت رکوا دے

عدالت نے قرار دیا کہ جن لوگوں نے آئین اور قانون ک عملداری یقینی بنانا ہے وہی سب کچھ کررہے ہیں۔ حکومتی درخواست میں کہا گیا کہ انسداد دہشت گردی عدالت نمبر ایک راولپنڈی کے جج سے انصاف کی توقع ہے اس وجہ سے کیسز کسی دوسری عدالت میں منتقل کر دیے جائے۔

Lahore High Court Dismisses 11 Transfer Requests for May 9 Cases. In a significant ruling the Lahore High Court has dismissed 11 requests to transfer cases related to the May 9 incidents involving PTI founder and Shah Mahmood Qureshi. Chief Justice Malik Shehzad Ahmed Khan announced the decision in response to the prosecution’s request. Each transfer request was denied. And a fine of two lakh rupees was imposed on each application.

The court remarked pointedly, “You are the complainant, and you are the police,yet you still expect justice. If you feel unsafe even in jail then perhaps you should take refuge in the sky.

The court expressed its frustration stating that even when inquiries were made to the judge in the Rawalpindi court. The petitioners were not allowed to enter the court. The court voiced its displeasure over the practice of halting proceedings through transfer requests. Suggesting that parties could whimsically disrupt hearings by filing such requests.

The court emphasized that those responsible for upholding the constitution and law are instead creating obstructions. The government argued in its request that justice was expected from the judge of the Anti-Terrorism Court No. 1 in Rawalpindi. Hence the cases should be transferred to another court.
