الیکشن کمیشن نے اسلام آباد پولیس کو چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کو گرفتار کرنے کا حکم دے دیا ۔ الیکشن کمیشن نے توہین الیکشن کمیشن کیس میں عدم پیشی پر چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کے ناقابل ضمانت وارنٹ گرفتاری جاری کیے ہیں۔ الیکشن کمیشن نے آئی جی اسلام آباد کو ناقابل ضمانت وارنٹ کی تعمیل کی ہدایت کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے۔ کہ چیئرمین تحریک انصاف کو گرفتار کرکے کل الیکشن کمیشن میں پیش کریں۔
واضح رہے کہ چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کے وارنٹ توہین الیکشن کمیشن کیس میں عدم پیشی کی بنا پر جاری کیے گئے ہیں۔
گزشتہ سال اگست میں ای سی پی نے چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی اور دیگر پارٹی رہنماؤں کو الیکشن کمیشن اور ان کے ارکان کے خلاف نامناسب ریمارکس دینے اور الزامات لگانے پر نوٹس جاری کیے تھے۔ نوٹس میں کہا گیا تھا کہ چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی نے چیف الیکشن کمشنر سکندر سلطان راجہ کے خلاف 12، 18، 21، 27۔ 4 اور 8 اگست کو اپنی ریلیوں میں توہین آمیز زبان استعمال کی۔ گزشتہ دنوں سابق پی ٹی آئی رہنما فواد چوہدری نے توہین الیکشن کمیشن کیس میں الیکشن کمیشن سے معافی مانگ لی تھی جس پر الیکشن کمیشن نے تحریری معافی نامہ جمع کرانے کی ہدایت کی تھی۔
Order to Arrest PTI Chairman
Order to Arrest PTI Chairman۔ The Election Commission has issued a non bailable arrest warrant for the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in connection with a contempt of court case. The Election Commission has directed the Islamabad Police to arrest the PTI Chairman and present him before the commission tomorrow.
It should be noted that the arrest warrant for the PTI Chairman was issued in response to his failure to appear before the Election Commission in the contempt of court case.
Last year in August the Election Commission had issued notices to the PTI Chairman. And other party leaders for making inappropriate remarks and leveling accusations against the Election Commission and its members. The notice stated that the PTI Chairman used derogatory language during his rallies on August 12, 18, 21, 27, 4, and 8 against Chief Election Commissioner Sikander Sultan Raja.
Recently former PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry sought forgiveness from the Election Commission in the contempt of court case leading the Election Commission to instruct the submission of a written apology.
