More than 20 million pilgrims are present in the field of Arafat to fulfill the main pillar of Hajj, known as Wuquf Arafat. Sheikh Yusuf bin Saeed, a member of the Saudi Council of Senior Scholars, delivered the sermon of Hajj in Masjid Namrah, delivering a message of staying away from falsehood and uniting Muslims.
Sheikh Muhammad Yusuf initiated the sermon of Hajj by emphasizing the message of unity for all Muslims, stating that Allah has forbidden division and has commanded all Muslims to unite.
He stated that Satan desires to create division among Muslims, and it is essential for Muslims to stay away from falsehood. The gathering of Hajj also signifies the message of Muslims staying united. Being united brings mercy, while being divided brings calamity. Creating unity is the responsibility of society, families, and every individual. Allah has clearly defined the rights of parents, spouses, and children. If there is a disagreement, we have been commanded to follow the Quran and Sunnah. Allah has advised patience in the Noble Quran.
Sheikh Muhammad Yusuf further stated that it is necessary for Muslims to have good manners, cooperate in righteous deeds, and save themselves from engaging in sins. If someone does good to you, reciprocate with goodness. It is obligatory for Muslims to fulfill Allah’s commands and fear Him.
He stated that sovereignty and true governance belong to Allah Himself. Muslims have been commanded to obey Allah and observe the limits set by Him. Safeguarding the limits of Allah means that we worship only one Allah. Worship Allah as if He is watching you.
He continued by saying that every Prophet came with the same call to worship Allah alone. Muslims have been commanded to perform prayer, fasting, Zakat, and the pilgrimage to the Kaaba by Allah. Islam bears witness to the oneness of Allah and the Prophethood of the Messenger (peace be upon him). The Messenger (peace be upon him) said that an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab, nor does a non-Arab have any superiority over an Arab. The superiority is based on piety.
Addressing the honorable pilgrims, Sheikh Muhammad Yusuf urged them to make supplications for all Muslims. In their prayers, they should remember the multitude of people and also pray for the caretakers of the Two Holy Mosques who have made these arrangements.
He concluded the sermon by praying for the forgiveness of all Muslims, abundance in their sustenance, and protection from evil.
After the sermon of Hajj, the pilgrims in Masjid Namrah performed the Dhuhr and Asr prayers with one Adhan and two Takbirs.

بیس لاکھ سے زائد عازمین حج کا رکن اعظم وقوف عرفہ ادا کرنے کے لیے میدان عرفات میں موجود ہیں۔ مسجد نمرہ میں سعودی بزرگ علما کونسل کے شیخ یوسف بن سعید حج کا خطبہ دیا اور مسلمانوں کو باطل سے دور رہنے اور متحدہ ہونے کا پیغام دیا۔
شیخ محمد یوسف نے خطبہ حج کا آغاز تمام مسلمانوں کو متحد ہونے کے پیغام سے دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے تفرقہ ڈالنے سے منع کیا ہے اور اس کا حکم ہے کہ تمام مسلمان متحد ہوں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ شیطان چاہتا ہے کہ مسلمانوں میں تفرقہ پیدا ہو۔ مسلمان کیلیے باطل سے دور رہنا لازم ہے اور حج کے اجتماع کا بھی یہ پیغام ہے کہ مسلمان مل جل کر رہیں، مل جل کر رہنے میں رحمت اور الگ الگ رہنے میں مصیبت ہے۔ اتفاق پیدا کرنا معاشرے، خاندان اور ہر فرد کی ذمے داری ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ نے والدین، میاں بیوی اور بچوں کے حقوق واضح کیے ہیں، اگر اختلاف ہو تو ہمیں حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ قرآن و سنت کی طرف جائیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے قرآن مجید میں صبر کی تلقین ہے۔
شیخ محمد یوسف نے مزید کہا کہ مسلمانوں کیلیے ضروری ہے کہ اچھے اخلاق رکھیں، اچھے کام میں تعاون کریں اور گناہوں میں معاونت کرنے سے خود کو بچائیں۔ کوئی تمہارے ساتھ نیکی کرے تو اس کےساتھ بھی نیکی کرو، مسلمان کے لیے اللہ کے حکم کو پورا کرنا اور اس کا خوف اختیار کرنا لازم ہے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ حاکمیت اور حقیقی حکمرانی اللہ تعالیٰ کی ذات ہے۔ مسلمانوں کو حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ اللہ کی اطاعت کرو اور حدود اللہ کا خیال رکھو۔ اللہ کی حدود کی حفاظت کا مطلب ہے کہ ہم صرف ایک اللہ کی عبادت کریں۔ اللہ کی عبادت ایسے کرو جیسے اللہ آپ کو دیکھ رہا ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ہر پیغمبر نے آکر یہی دعوت دی کہ اللہ کی بندگی کرو۔ مسلمانوں کو نماز، روزہ، زکوة اور بیت اللہ کے حج کا حکم اللہ نے دیا ہے۔ اللہ کی وحدانیت اور رسولﷺ کی رسالت کی گواہی دینا اسلام ہے۔ حضورﷺ نے فرمایا کسی عربی کو عجمی پر اور عجمی کو عربی پر فوقیت حاصل نہیں۔ حضورﷺ نے فرمایا ایک مسلمان دوسرے مسلمان کیلیے عمارت کی طرح ہے۔
شیخ محمد یوسف نے حجاج کرام کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ آج کے دن تمام مسلمانوں کیلئے دعائیں کرنا لازم ہے، تمام حجاج اپنی دعاؤں میں لوگوں کو کثرت سے یاد کریں اور خادمین حرمین شریفین کیلیے بھی دعا کریں جنہوں نے یہ انتظامات کیے۔
انہوں نے خطبے کے اختتام پر دعا کی کہ اللہ تعالیٰ تمام مسلمانوں کی مغفرت فرمائے، ان کے رزق میں برکت عطا فرمائے، شر سے محفوظ رکھے۔
