Sources from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) have revealed that a plan for better tax collection from the property sector and agricultural industry has been requested. The plan aims to enhance coordination and increase production in these sectors. The sources state that if the FBR’s plan is approved by the IMF. Then a mini budget could be expected.
The sources further mentioned that the new government will have the authority to impose taxes on the property sector. And agricultural industry and by levying taxes on these sectors. The budget could be increased. According to the sources recommendations from international banks will be sought for implementing taxes on the property sector and agricultural industry. While the provinces will be urged to take action to improve agricultural income tax.

عالمی مالیاتی فنڈ (آئی ایم ایف ) کی قرض کے ساتھ مزید شرائط کے باعث حکومت پاکستان کی جانب سے ایک اور منی بجٹ پیش کئے جانے کا امکان ہے. تفصیلات کے مطابق عالمی مالیاتی فنڈ (آئی ایم ایف ) نے قرض منظوری کیساتھ ہی دوسرے اقتصادی جائزے کیلئے پاکستان کے سامنے مزید شرائط رکھ دیں۔۔
ذرائع ایف بی آر نے بتایا کہ پراپرٹی سیکٹر اور زرعی شعبے سے ٹیکس کی بہتر وصولی کاپلان مانگ لیا ہے. پراپرٹی سیکٹر ،زرعی شعبے میں ہم آہنگی کے ذریعے محصولات بڑھانے کی صلاحیت ہے. ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ پراپرٹی سیکٹر اور زرعی شعبے پر ٹیکس عائد کر کے محصولات میں اضافہ کیا جائے. ایف بی آر کا پلان آئی ایم ایف نے منظور کر لیا تو منی بجٹ آ سکتا ہے۔
ذرائع نے مزید کہا کہ پراپرٹی سیکٹر اورزرعی شعبےپر ٹیکس عائد کرنے کا اختیار نئی حکومت کو ہو گا. جبکہ پراپرٹی سیکٹر اور زرعی شعبےپر ٹیکس عائد کر کے بجٹ بڑھایا جا سکتا ہے. ذرائع کے مطابق پراپرٹی سیکٹر ،زرعی شعبے پر ٹیکس عائد کرنے کیلئے عالمی بینک کی تجاویز لی جائیں گی. جبکہ زرعی آمدن پرٹیکس کی بہتری کیلئے صوبوں کو متحرک کرنے کا مطالبہ کیا .ہے
