عدالت نے ایف آئی اے منی لانڈرنگ کیس میں چوہدری پرویزالہیٰ کی ضمانت 5 لاکھ روپے مچلکوں کے عوض منظور کی تھی۔
11 جولائی کو بینکنگ کورٹ نے رقم کی مشکوک ٹرانزیکشنز کے مقدمے میں سابق وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب چوہدری پرویز الہٰی کی ضمانت منظور کی تھی۔ بنکنگ جرائم کورٹ کے جج اسلم گوندل نے ایف آئی اے کے تحت دائر مقدمے میں عدالت نے تحریک انصاف کے صدر اور سابق وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب چوہدری پرویز الہٰی کی ضمانت منظور کی تھی۔
تحریک انصاف کے صدر چوہدری پرویزالہیٰ اس وقت رقم کی مشکوک ٹرانزیکشنز کیس میں جوڈیشل ریمانڈ پر جیل میں ہیں پرویزالہیٰ کو 26 جون کو اینٹی کرپشن کیس ضمانت کے بعد ایف آئی اے نے حراست میں لیا تھا۔

Former Chief Minister of Punjab, Chaudhry Parvez Elahi’s Release . The court had granted bail to Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in the case of money laundering. Filed by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). Accepting a surety bond of 500,000 Pakistani Rupees instead of cash.
On July 11 the Banking Court approved the bail of former Chief Minister of Punjab Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in the cases related to suspicious transactions of money. Judge Islam Gondal of the Banking Crimes Court accepted the bail of Chaudhry Parvez Elahi under the provisions of the FIA. The court had also granted bail to the President of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Chief Minister of Punjab Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in the ongoing case of alleged money laundering.
Currently Chaudhry Parvez Elahi the President of the PTI is in jail on judicial remand in the case of suspicious transactions. After obtaining bail in the corruption case on June 26 the FIA had taken him into custody.
