پنجاب حکومت کا کاشتکاروں کے لیے تاریخی پیکیج کا اعلان

 پنجاب حکومت نے کسان بینک سمیت کاشتکاروں کے لیے تاریخی پیکیج کا اعلان کردیا۔ وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز اور ن لیگ کے صدر نواز شریف کی صدارت میں اہم اجلاس ہوا۔ جس میں کسان پیکیج پر تفصیلی بریفنگ دی گئی۔ 

اجلاس میں ’’پنجاب کسان بینک ، گرین ٹریکٹر اسکیم، ہارویسٹر اور زرعی آلات کی مقامی سطح پر تیاری، آئل سیڈ پروموشن پروگرام ‘‘ کا اعلان کیا گیا۔

پنجاب حکومت کی جانب سے کاشت کاروں کو آسان قرضوں کے لیے پنجاب کسان بینک قائم کرنے کا اصولی فیصلہ کیا گیا۔ جب کہ کاشت کاروں کے لیے ’’سی ایم پنجاب گرین ٹریکٹر اسکیم‘‘ کی بھی منظوری دی گئی۔ اجلاس میں وزیر اعلیٰ مریم نواز نے ٹریکٹر پرمحض 6 لاکھ روپے سبسڈی کی تجویز مستردکردی۔ اور چھوٹے ٹریکڑ پر 70 جب کہ بڑے ٹریکٹرپر 50 فیصد سبسڈی دینے کی ہدایات جاری کیں۔

اجلاس میں نواز شریف کی تجویز پر پنجاب گرین ٹریکٹر اسکیم کے تحت ٹریکٹروں کی تعداد 10 ہزار بڑھا دی گئی۔

وزیراعلیٰ مریم نواز نے پنجاب گرین ٹریکٹر اسکیم کا پہلا فیز ایک سال میں مکمل کرنے کا حکم دے دیا۔ اجلاس میں فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ ہر سال پنجاب گرین ٹریکٹر اسکیم کے تحت زیادہ ٹریکٹر دیے جائیں گے۔ اجلاس میں بریفنگ دی گئی کہ 6 ایکڑ سے 50ایکڑ اراضی مالکان ٹریکٹر اسکیم میں اپلائی کرنے کے اہل ہوں گے۔

علاوہ ازیں مریم نواز نے مقامی سطح پر تیار کردہ ہائی ٹیک میکنائزیشن پروگرام کی بھی منظوری دے دی۔ جس کے تحت غیر ملکی کمپنیاں پنجاب میں مقامی اشتراک سےہارویسٹر اور دیگرآلات تیارکریں گی۔ اس سلسلے میں غیر ملکی کمپنیوں کو جدید زرعی آلات کی پنجاب میں مینوفیکچرنگ پر مراعات دینے کی تجویز پر غور کیا گیا۔

اجلاس میں صوبے میں آئل سیڈ پروموشن پروگرام شروع کرنے کی منظوری دی گئی۔ جس کے تحت صوبے کے مختلف علاقوں میں تیلدار اجناس تیار کرنے کی ترغیب دی جائے گی۔

اس موقع پر وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز کا کہنا تھا کہ صوبے میں پہلی مرتبہ 400ارب روپے کا کسان پیکیج دیا جارہا ہے۔ کسان کارڈ کے ذریعے کاشتکاروں کو زرعی مداخل کے علاوہ دیگر مراعات اور سہولتیں بھی دیں گے۔ ہر کاشتکار کی خوشحالی اور زرعی پیداوار میں اضافہ ہمارے اولین اہداف میں شامل ہے۔

اجلاس میں ٹیوب ویل کی سولرائزیشن اور ڈرپ ایریگیشن سسٹم کا بھی جائزہ لیا گیا۔ اس موقع پر بریفنگ میں بتایا گیا کہ کسان کارڈ کے لیے 48گھنٹے میں 47ہزار فارمر رجسٹریشن کراچکے ہیں۔

Historic Package Announced by Punjab Government for Farmers. The Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and President of the PML-N Nawaz Sharif has announced a historic package for farmers. Including the establishment of the Punjab Farmers Bank. Detailed briefings on the farmer package were provided during a crucial meeting.

During the meeting announcements were made regarding the “Punjab Farmers Bank,” “Green Tractor Scheme,” “Harvester and Agricultural Machinery at the Local Level,” and “Oil Seed Promotion Program.”

A fundamental decision was made by the Punjab government to establish the Punjab Farmers Bank to provide easy loans to farmers. Additionally approval was granted for the “CM Punjab Green Tractor Scheme” for farmers. However CM Maryam Nawaz rejected the proposal for providing a subsidy of only 600,000 rupees on tractors. Suggesting that a 70% subsidy be provided for small tractors and 50% for larger tractors. Under Nawaz Sharif’s recommendation the number of tractors under the Punjab Green Tractor Scheme was increased to 10,000.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz ordered the completion of the first phase of the Punjab Green Tractor Scheme within one year. It was decided during the meeting that every year more tractors will be provided under the Punjab Green Tractor Scheme. Briefings were given during the meeting that owners of 6 to 50 acres of land will be eligible to apply for the tractor scheme.

In addition to this Maryam Nawaz approved a locally prepared High Tech Mechanization Program. Allowing foreign companies to manufacture harvesters and other machinery in Punjab through local partnerships. Discussions were held during the meeting to consider incentives for manufacturing modern agricultural machinery in Punjab.

Approval was granted during the meeting to initiate the Oil Seed Promotion Program in the province. Aiming to encourage the cultivation of oil rich crops in various regions.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz emphasized that for the first time in the province a farmer package worth 40 billion rupees is being provided. Through the farmer card farmers will be provided with various incentives and facilities besides agricultural inputs. The prosperity of farmers and an increase in agricultural production are among our top priorities.

During the meeting an assessment was also made of the solarization of tube wells. And the implementation of drip irrigation systems. It was briefed that within 48 hours 47,000 farmers have already registered for the farmer card.
