بانی پی ٹی آئی عمران خان نے چیف جسٹس پاکستان قاضی فائز عیسیٰ پر عدم اعتماد کا اظہار کردیا۔ بانی پی ٹی آئی نے عدالت میں میڈیا سے گفتگو میں چیف جسٹس پاکستان قاضی فائز عیسیٰ پر عدم اعتماد کا اظہار کیا۔ عمران خان نے جیل میں بھوک ہڑتال کرنے کا اعلان کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ وکلاء سے مشاورت کے بعد بھوک ہڑتال کی حتمی تاریخ کا اعلان کروں گا۔
عمران خان نے مزید کہا کہ پی ٹی آئی اور میرے مقدمات کے ہر بینچ میں قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کیسے آ جاتے ہیں۔ میرے وکلا نے قاضی فائض عیسی کی ہر بینچ میں موجودگی پر اعتراض کیا ہے۔ اب ہمیں شک ہے کہ ہمیں انصاف نہیں ملے گا۔ جسٹس گلزار کے 5 رکنی بینچ نے بھی کہا تھا کہ قاضی فائز عیسیٰ ہمارے کیس نہیں سن سکتے۔ ہمارے وکلا کا خیال ہے کہ ہمیں انصاف نہیں ملے گا۔ اس لیے ہمارے کیسز کسی اور کو سننے چاہیے ہیں۔ آئین کے آرٹیکل 25 کے تحت کیسز کی سماعت کے دوران پسند اور ناپسند نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔
بانی پی ٹی آئی کا کہنا تھا کہ جیل میں بیٹھے کرنل اور میجر سارا نظام چلا رہے ہیں۔ میری ٹیم کل مجھ سے ملاقات کے لیے آئی تھی۔ تین گھنٹے تک وہ اڈیالہ جیل کے باہر اور میں اندر ان کا انتظار کرتا رہا۔ کل مجھے اپنی ٹیم سے ملاقات کی اجازت نہیں دی گئی۔ اگر ملاقات ہوتی تو میں ان کے اختلافات ختم کروا دیتا۔سپرٹینڈنٹ نے جیل میں بیٹھے کرنل کے کہنے پر میری ٹیم سے ملاقات نہیں کروائی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ پہلے پاکستان ہائبرڈ تھا اب اتھرٹیٹو پر چلا گیا ہے۔ اب ملک میں ڈکٹیٹر شپ ہے۔ ساری دنیا کو پتا ہے پاکستان میں کیا ہو رہا ہے یہ کانگرس اور اقوام متحدہ کی قرارداتوں کی باتیں کرتے ہیں۔ یہ کہتے ہیں ہم افغانستان پر حملہ کر دیں گے جبکہ ان کے کرنل اور میجر یہاں جیل میں بیٹھے ہوئے ہیں۔ سپرٹینڈنٹ جیل ان کی نوکری کر رہا ہے یہ جب کہتے ہیں وہ میری میٹنگ کینسل کر دیتا ہے۔
عمران خان نے کہا کہ یہ پاگل ہیں یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ میری پارٹی کمزور ہوگی انہیں پتہ ہی نہیں جس پارٹی کا ووٹ بینک ہو وہ کمزور نہیں ہوتی۔ جنرل عاصم منیر نے نون لیگ اور پیپلز پارٹی کا جنازہ نکال دیا ہے۔ بجٹ کے بعد ان کی سیاست ختم ہو گئی ہے۔ ان کے ساتھ وہ ہو گیا ہے جو دشمن کے ساتھ بھی نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔ میں جیل سے پارٹی قائدین کو پیغام دے رہا ہوں کہ اپنے اختلافات عوام میں لے کر نہ جائیں۔ اگر آپ اختلافات عوام میں لے کر جائیں گے تو اپ اپنے اصل مقصد سے ہٹ جائیں گے۔
عمران خان نے مزید کہا کہ ایس ائی ایف سی ملک ٹھیک نہیں کر سکتی۔ ملک کے مسائل کا حل صاف شفاف انتخابات میں ہے۔ برصغیر میں 1990 تک پاکستان سب سے اگے تھا لیکن اج سب پاکستان سے اگے ہیں۔ اور ہمارا ملک میانمار کی طرف بڑھ رہا ہے۔ موجودہ بحران سے صرف وہ پارٹی ملک کو نکال سکتی ہے جس کے ساتھ عوام ہوں۔ ملک میں ایلیٹ کا بجٹ اگیا ہے۔ لوگ پٹ گئے ہیں ملک کو صرف ایلیٹ کنٹرول کر رہی ہے۔ صدر کا کیا کام ہے کہ وہ صدر ہاؤس کے اخراجات بڑھا دے بجلی اور گیس کے بلوں نے عوام کی کمر توڑ دی ہے۔
بانی پی ٹی آئی نے کہا کہ میرے حوالے سے قومی اسمبلی میں عمر ایوب، سینیٹ میں شبلی فراز سمیت علی امین گنڈا پور بڑے تگڑے بولے اور کوشش کی۔ مذاکرات اور بات چیت کا وقت 8 فروری کو گزر گیا ہے۔اوپر بیٹھے طاقتور یہ چاہتے تھے کہ میں گارنٹی دوں کہ اقتدار میں ا کر ان پر ہاتھ نہیں ڈالوں گا۔ مذاکرات تب ہوتے ہیں جب کسی مسئلے کا حل نکلے۔ ہم شہباز شریف سے مذاکرات کریں گے جب ان کی حکومت چلی جائے گی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ پورا ملک کہہ رہا ہے کہ سب سے بڑا فراڈ الیکشن کروایا گیا۔ لیکن چیف جسٹس فائز عیسی الیکشن کمیشن کی تعریف کر رہے ہیں۔ جس الیکشن کمیشن نے ملک کا سب سے فراڈ الیکشن کرایا ہمیں انصاف کے لیے اسی کے پاس بھیجا جا رہا ہے۔ اگر اس فراڈ الیکشن کی تحقیقات ہو جاتی ہیں تو چیف الیکشن کمشنر پر ارٹیکل 6 لگ جائے گا۔
بانی پی ٹی آئی کا کہنا تھا کہ جیل والے پریشان ہیں کہ مجھے حمود الرحمن رپورٹ اڈیالہ جیل کے اندر کیسے مل گئی۔ وہ اس معاملے کو دیکھ رہے ہیں۔ ایک سال ہونے والا ہے مجھے چکی میں ٹھہرایا ہوا ہے سخت گرمی کے باوجود میں اس کی شکایت نہیں کروں گا۔ میں وقت کے یزید کی کبھی غلامی نہیں کروں گا جیل میں مرنے کے لیے تیار ہوں۔ جب تک زندہ ہوں میں یہ جنگ لڑوں گا میں لا الہ الا اللہ کہنے والا ہوں۔ مریم نواز، نواز شریف اور خواجہ اصف کے بیانات کی ویڈیوز موجود ہیں۔ خیبر پختون خواہ حکومت کو کہوں گا کہ ان کی ویڈیوز نکال کر ان پر مقدمات درج کریں۔
عمران خان نے کہا کہ افغانستان کے ساتھ تعلقات مضبوط نہ ہونے تک ٹی ٹی پی سے جنگ نہیں جیت سکتے۔ آپ طالبان کے خلاف اپریشن کریں گے وہ بھاگ کر افغانستان کے اندر چلے جائیں گے۔جب تک آپ کو افغانستان سے تعاون نہیں ملے گا آپ اس اپریشن میں کامیاب نہیں ہو سکتے۔ بلاول بھٹو اور ہمارا وزیر خارجہ افغانستان کیوں نہیں گیا۔ جب تک افغان حکومت ساتھ نہ دے 2500 کلومیٹر طویل بارڈر پر یہ جنگ جیتنا ممکن نہیں۔ ہمارے دور میں این ڈی ایس اور غنی حکومت آپس میں ملے تھے میں اس کے باوجود افغانستان گیا اور بات چیت کی۔

Imran Khan Announces Hunger Strike. Founder of PTI, Imran Khan has expressed his lack of confidence in the Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa. During a conversation with the media in court Imran Khan declared his intention to go on a hunger strike in jail and stated that he would announce the final date after consulting with his lawyers.
Imran Khan questioned why Qazi Faez Isa is always present on every bench hearing PTI and his cases. He mentioned that his lawyers have objected to Isa’s presence in every bench and expressed concerns about not receiving justice. He recalled that a five member bench led by Justice Gulzar had also stated that Qazi Faez Isa should not hear their cases. According to Imran Khan his lawyers believe that their cases should be heard by someone else. He emphasized that under Article 25 of the Constitution there should be no favoritism or bias during the hearing of cases.
The PTI founder alleged that colonels and majors are running the entire system from within the jail. He claimed that his team waited outside Adiala Jail for three hours. While he waited inside but was not allowed to meet them. He suggested that if the meeting had taken place he could have resolved the differences within his team. Imran Khan accused the jail superintendent of not allowing the meeting on the orders of a colonel inside the jail.
Imran Khan remarked that Pakistan has now moved from a hybrid regime to an authoritative one akin to a dictatorship. He claimed that the whole world is aware of the situation in Pakistan. And criticized the government for citing Congress and UN resolutions. While their colonels and majors are running the show from the jail. He said the jail superintendent cancels his meetings whenever instructed by the officers inside the jail.
He argued that his party cannot be weakened just because some individuals believe so. Emphasizing that a party with a strong voter base cannot be diminished. He stated that General Asim Munir has ended the political careers of PML-N and PPP. And after the budget their politics is over. He urged his party leaders not to bring their differences into public, as it would divert them from their real objectives.
Imran Khan asserted that the SIFC (Special Investment Facilitation Council) cannot fix the country’s issues. And the solution lies in free and fair elections. He reminisced that Pakistan was ahead in the subcontinent until the 1990s but is now lagging behind. With the country heading towards a state like Myanmar. He claimed that only a party supported by the public can pull the country out of the current crisis. He criticized the budget as being for the elite. With people being crushed under the burden of electricity and gas bills.
The PTI founder expressed his gratitude to leaders like Umar Ayub in the National Assembly and Shibli Faraz and Ali Amin Gandapur in the Senate for their efforts. He mentioned that the time for negotiations passed on February 8. And the powerful wanted him to guarantee that they would not be held accountable if he came into power. He asserted that negotiations happen to resolve issues and that he would talk to Shehbaz Sharif only when his government is no longer in power.
He criticized Chief Justice Faez Isa for praising the Election Commission. Which he accused of conducting the most fraudulent election in the country’s history. He said that if an investigation into this fraudulent election takes place. It would warrant Article 6 against the Chief Election Commissioner.
Imran Khan mentioned that the jail authorities are worried about how he obtained the Hamoodur Rahman Commission Report inside Adiala Jail. He stated that despite being kept in a small cell for almost a year and enduring extreme heat he would not complain. He declared his readiness to die in jail rather than submit to the oppressive regime. He emphasized his commitment to fighting for justice invoking the declaration of faith “La ilaha illallah” (There is no god but Allah).
Imran Khan also commented on relations with Afghanistan stating that without strong ties. Tthe war against the TTP (Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan) cannot be won. He explained that any operation against the Taliban would drive them into Afghanistan unless there is cooperation from the Afghan government. He questioned why Foreign Minister and Bilawal Bhutto has not visited Afghanistan and stressed the importance of Afghan cooperation for success in the operation along the 2,500-kilometer border. He recounted that during his tenure despite the NDS and Ghani government being aligned against Pakistan. he visited Afghanistan and engaged in talks.
