Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has announced a complete lockdown across Sindh, including Karachi, in view of increasing Corona cases in Sindh. It will be effective from August 1, 2021 to August 8, 2021. The Sindh Chief Minister appealed to the people to cooperate so that the spread of the deadly disease like Corona could be stopped.
According to the ban, markets, shopping malls and intercity transport will be completely closed. From Monday, government offices will also be closed. Grocery, vegetable, meat and dairy shops will remain open till 6 pm. Petrol pumps will also remain open. Besides, health and pharmacies will also remain open. Next week’s school and college exams have also been postponed. The new date will be announced later.
During this time the vaccination campaign will be intensified and it will be fully monitored. Vaccination cards of the citizens on the streets will also be checked. Vaccination will also be done in mosques and Imambargah. The purpose of all these restrictions is to save the people from Corona. In Sh Allah it will be overcome soon.
