 جے آئی ٹی  نے چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کو قصور وار قرار دے دیا

جناح ہاؤس جلاؤگھیراؤ کیس میں جوائنٹ انوسٹیگیشن ٹیم ( جے آئی ٹی ) نے چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کو جےآئی ٹی نے قصور وار قرار دے دیا. تفصیلات کے مطابق لاہور کی انسداد دہشت گردی عدالت میں جناح ہاؤس سمیت 5 مقدمات میں جلاؤ گھیراؤ اور توڑ پھوڑ کیس میں چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کی عبوری ضمانتوں پر سماعت ہوئی۔

اسپیشل پراسیکیوٹرفرہادعلی شاہ نے عدالت کو بتایا کہ پولیس نےچیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کی تفتیش مکمل کرلی ہے. چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی تفتیش میں قصور وار پائے گئے. ڈیوٹی جج نے عبوری ضمانتوں میں 8 اگست تک توسیع کردی. اور عدالت نے وکلاء کو دلائل کے لیے آئند سماعت پر طلب کرلیا۔. عدالت نے چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کی عبوری ضمانتوں میں آٹھ اگست تک توسیع کردی. ، چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کے خلاف تھانہ سرور روڑ ،گلبرگ ،شادمان سمیت دیگر پولیس اسٹیشنزمیں مقدمات درج ہیں۔

یاد رہے 13 جولائی کو پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) 9 مئی کے پُرتشدد واقعات سے متعلق 6 مقدمات میں مشترکہ تحقیقاتی ٹیم (جے آئی ٹی) کے سامنے پیش ہوئے تھے. جے آئی ٹی نے چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی سے 9 مئی واقعات سے متعلق سوالات کیے. اور انہیں کچھ ویڈیوز بھی دکھائی گئیں جبکہ 8 مارچ اور 9 مئی کو زمان پارک سے آپریٹ روابط کے شواہد بھی دکھائے گئے۔

ذرائع کے مطابق چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی جے آئی ٹی کے سوالات پر تسلی بخش جوابات نہ دے سکے تھے. تاہم ان کے جوابات اور بیان تفتیشی ریکارڈ کا حصہ بنالیے گئے تھے۔

JIT Has Declared PTI Chairman Guilty Of Wrongdoing. Joint Investigation Team (JIT) declared PTI Chairman responsible for the violence at Jinnah House protest.
According to the details JIT presented evidence against PTI Chairman in five cases. Including the Jinnah House siege and vandalism at the Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore. The court conducted a hearing on the interim bails of PTI Chairman in these cases.
Special Prosecutor Fahad Ali Shah informed the court that the police have completed the investigation against PTI Chairman. And he was found guilty in the investigation. The duty judge extended the interim bails until August 8th. And directed the lawyers to submit evidence for the upcoming hearing. The court also extended the interim bails of PTI Chairman until August 8th in other cases registered in police stations. Including PS Sarwar Road, Golberg and Shadman.
It should be noted that on July 13th the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) investigating the May 9th incidents related to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) presented six cases. JIT questioned PTI Chairman about the May 9th incidents and also showed some videos. Moreover they presented evidence of operational links from Zaman Park on March 8th and May 9th.
According to the sources PTI Chairman could not provide satisfactory answers to JIT’s questions. But his responses and statements were recorded as part of the investigation.
