سپریم کورٹ نے توشہ خانہ کیس میں چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کی اپیل پر گزشتہ روز کی سماعت کا حکم نامہ جاری کر دیا. اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے سماعت ملتوی مقامی عدالت میں 342 کا بیان قلمبند نہ ہوسکا. سپریم کورٹ نے توشہ خانہ کیس میں چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کی اپیل پر گزشتہ روز کی سماعت کا حکم نامہ جاری کر دیا ہے. جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ انصاف کے تقاضوں کے لیے تمام درخواستوں کو یکجا کرکے سماعت کرے۔
سپریم کورٹ کے جج جسٹس یحیی آفریدی نے دو صفحات پر مشتمل حکم نامہ جاری کیا. حکم نامے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ وکیل چیئرمین تحریک انصاف نے 4 جولائی کے ہائیکورٹ کے حکم نامے کو سپریم کورٹ میں چیلنج کیا. فریقین اس بات پر متفق ہیں کہ تمام درخواستوں کو یکجا کرکے اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ میں سماعت ہو۔

دوسری جانب آج اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ میں توشہ خانہ کیس کی سماعت کے دوران چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کے وکیل خواجہ حارث ایڈووکیٹ نے دلائل دیے. کہ آج چار کیسز عدالت کے سامنے ہیں۔ قابل سماعت ہونے کے خلاف اپیل اور ٹرانسفر درخواستوں کو سپریم کورٹ نے سننے کا کہا ہے. جس پر چیف جسٹس عامر فاروق نے کہاکہ سپریم کورٹ کا آرڈر آجائے تو دیکھ لیتے ہیں. اور سماعت عدالت عظمیٰ کے احکامات آنے تک ملتوی کر دی۔

ڈسٹرکٹ کورٹ میں توشہ خانہ فوجداری کیس میں چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کا 342 کا بیان آج بھی قلمبند نہ ہوسکا۔ آج سماعت کے دوران وکیل گوہر علی خان پیش ہوئے اور چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کی آج کے لیے حاضری سے استثنیٰ کی درخواست دائر کی۔ عدالتی ہدایات پر وکلا نے چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کی پیر کو پیش ہونے کی یقین دہانی کرائی تو عدالت نے استثنیٰ کی درخواست منظور کرتے ہوئے سماعت پیر تک ملتوی کر دی۔

Update on Toshakhana Case Supreme Court Issues Hearing Order. The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued a hearing order on the Toshakhana case following an appeal by the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). The Islamabad High Court had previously deferred the hearing of the case in the local court. The two parties agreed that all requests should be consolidated and heard in the Islamabad High Court.
Justice Yahya Afridi of the Supreme Court issued a two page hearing order. According to the order PTI Chairman’s lawyer challenged the High Court’s orders on July 4 in the Supreme Court. Both parties agreed that all requests should be heard in the Islamabad High Court.
Islamabad High Court Update on Toshakhana Case
On the other hand during today’s hearing of the Toshakhana case in the Islamabad High Court. PTI Chairman’s lawyer Khawaja Haris Advocate presented arguments that four cases are pending in the court today. The court said that appeals and transfer requests against the admissibility of the hearing will be heard in the Supreme Court. And Chief Justice Aamir Farooq stated that they will wait for the Supreme Court’s order and adjourn the hearing until the orders of the Supreme Court are received.
District Court Update on Toshakhana Case
In the District Court the hearing of the Toshakhana corruption case involving the PTI Chairman’s 342 statement also could not take place today. During the hearing today lawyer Gohar Ali Khan appeared before the court and requested an exemption from appearing on behalf of the PTI Chairman for today. Upon lawyers’ assurance on court instructions the court accepted the exemption request and adjourned the hearing until Monday.
